Sharing Knowledge Informing Practice

 Developing relationships, sharing knowledge and skills, improving outcomes.

Sharing Knowledge Informing Practice sessions are held to bring together agencies across Somerset to have the opportunity to connect, build relationships, collaborate, network, learn together and support one another.

Each session will identify key themes within areas to provide a focus and feature a guest speaker to present on the chosen topic

To maximise the impact across the communities in Somerset, we  encourage all practitioners from the voluntary sector, all agencies, individuals / teams across the partnerships to attend.

Please book a session from the options available to be a part of multi-agency networking and workshop sessions building stronger threads to support practitioner / area confidence, empathy, and compassion across the system, to support the continued drive to achieve outstanding outcomes for the children, families, and communities we work with.
