CRIMINOLOGY CONFERENCE: Pathways through crime: reducing harm & developing future experts

Strode College are " excited to share our Criminology day, culminating in a FREE 2-hour evening session in Strode Theatre for the local community. Picking up on local and national concerns about young people and their vulnerability to child criminal exploitation through drugs, gangs, and county lines, we are delighted to offer the opportunity to hear from some of the country’s leading crime fighters."

The evening session, which will run from 7 pm at Strode Theatre, will see Matt Lockyer walk the local community through a number of real life scenarios to support what to look for when people are at risk, and how the legal system deals with a variety of drug-based issues. Strode College lecturer Ian Luckhurst and his Special Constable colleague will then talk about crime protection and community policing. We hope you will join us.
