"Partnership: More Than Just Working Together"

We are excited to be holding our first post-pandemic conference.

The focus of the conference is building Partnerships, both in terms of reconnecting and redeveloping professional working relationships and reflecting on how Somerset's Safeguarding Children Partnership arrangements can be strengthened.

Throughout the day we will hear from keynote speakers who are experts in their field, and running a series of topical workshops for both managers and frontline practitioners; including "Behaviour as Communication", "Strengths Based Practice" and "Developing Partnership Maturity" and many more.

Alongside this there will also be plenty of opportunities to network, with a Marketstall Event offering the chance to get to know what's available to support children, young people & families in Somerset, and meet and greet the people involved.

As we are keen to reconnect, this event is provided completely free of charge, and there will also refreshments and buffet lunch provided.

Closer to the date we will send you details of all of the workshops taking place, with the ability to book on your chosen sessions.
