The course content is pre-recorded with opportunities to engage in activities and ask questions during the session.

We will provide a phone number for you to call should any of the material be triggering. If during the session we feel that you require support and we can’t get hold of you we ask that you provide a contact name and number for your line manager so that we can get in contact with them to suggest that they follow up and offer support to you.

We encourage you to complete the training with another person from your organisation so you can discuss the material, like you would have had the opportunity when our training was face-to-face. However, we don’t exclude single bookings.
